The change in Sushi Inomata's business days
From January 2019, "Sushi Inomata," which is also highly popular on TokyoTableTrip, will be making a large change to its business hours.
The change is in line with the restaurant owner, Mr. Inomata's participation in planning for the extremely popular sushi restaurant "Hatsune zushi," which recently resumed business.
-A collaboration will be carried out between "Hatsune" and "Sushi Inomata" in 2019 (it has not been decided when the collaboration will end).
In the future, Mr. Inomata will participate in the operations of "Hatsune" and make sushi together at the counter with Mr. Nakaji.
・From February, "Sushi Inomata" will operate only on Wednesday and Thursday every week. It will operate three rotations, from 2:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.
・Furthermore, they will apparently also be operating on the 1st (Fri) and 2nd (Sat) of March, outside of their usual business days.
・When I tried calling yesterday, it seemed they still have many vacancies left for reservations in March.
In any case, the number of seats at "Sushi Inomata" is projected to greatly decrease from February onwards, so I recommend those who wish to visit it to make their reservations early.

Hello Saito-san and everyone, on Omakase website, I see that Sushi Inomata now have slots opened for nearly every day in October, but before it was only Wed and Thurs. Does that mean he has now stopped from Hatsunezushi?
