Kitajimatei "lamb grilled encased in a rock salt crust"
At restaurants like Quintessence and NARISAWA, French cuisine that is constantly striving to highlight the subtlety of the ingredients has become the norm, but Kitajimatei stands apart with its characteristically strong seasonings that bring it passionate support from meat lovers.
This is one of their specialties: lamb grilled encased in a rock salt crust.
It is grilled to juicy perfection, every bite releasing the lamb's flavour and meat juices.
This restaurant even has a regular customer who comes over from Taiwan to eat here 50 times a year!
And it's no wonder; last night's dinner course was simply superb as alway

Zuicho"Katsu-Don"
A renowned Katsudon store located in a quiet backstreet 10 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya.
A queue of business men and youths gather for this fantastic meal costing a mere 1,000 yen.
This store has a different style of Katsudon - here, egg is placed under hot and freshly fried pork cutlets. Enjoy the crispy texture of the pork cutlets right up until the last mouthful! https://tabelog.com/en/tokyo/A1303/A130301/13161530/

Yakiniku Jambo Hanare “Seasoned, cooked rice with fillet”
Located behind Tokyo University, this menu is available by reservation only at a super popular Yakiniku restaurant. Cooked with vegetable broth combined with tender fillet is superb! My personal Best 3 seasoned, cooked rice in Tokyo.

Kaneko “Roast beef”
Introduced as one of the most notable newbie, “Kaneko” offers exquisite menu. Roast beef covered with a bit sweet sauce has just the right chewiness that lets you enjoy the meat with thick flavor. When visiting here, must make a separate order for this roast beef, since it is not included in the course menu.

Kanemasu “Raw sea urchin wrapped with beef”
Now I see many combinations of sea urchin and Japanese beef, but this is the restaurant where it started. Best compatibility of creamy sea urchin and overflowing fatty flavor of Japanese beef. Happiness can be felt in this menu.
